OK, so it has almost been a year!
I am focusing in more on my business now that the kiddos are back (and doing AWESOME) in school. I have been building to this point for the last 9 years and the arrival is exciting, but sadly marking the end of an era. Gone are the days of all day game playing and lessons to the little ones, here are the days of working full time and being a grown up again.
So, in my first couple of weeks as a true entrepreneur, I have been rebuilding Illuminating Ideas to be a multi-faceted marketing source. I have picked up being a dealer of promotional products and have made local connections to a screen printer and embroiderer. I have also been spending a lot of time studying social network marketing and have discovered just how important "Whoofie" is in the new social economic environment. In addition, I have also created relationships with dynamic printing companies that will print my marketing designs as well as other designs that have already been created in a much more affordable fashion than my clients have been able to find. As a standard service in web design, we now have the tools to allow customers to edit the content to their own sites without the fear of disturbing the site completely at no extra charge. We purchased the WebCEO software to help clients get the most out of their website marketing via SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
